MobileHomeBiz connects mobile home business owners with virtual assistant staffing options ("VAs"). We facilitate matching, onboarding, and ongoing support. We are not an employer of the VAs we introduce, and we do not guarantee any specific business result.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and current.

VA Matching and Engagements

We use the information you provide to discuss staffing options for your needs. The checks applicable to a proposed role are described during the consultation, and you are responsible for evaluating any VA before and during your engagement. Service availability, scope, and timelines are confirmed during onboarding.

Fees and Payment

Fees for the Services are described in your written quote, order form, or separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing on a going-forward basis, and continued use of the Services after a change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• provide accurate information and keep it up to date,
• use the Services only for lawful business purposes,
• treat VAs professionally and in compliance with applicable law, and
• not misuse the website, including by attempting to disrupt it or gain unauthorized access.

Intellectual Property

The website, including its text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by MobileHomeBiz or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers

The Services and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any VA engagement will achieve a particular outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MobileHomeBiz will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the website or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MobileHomeBiz and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the website or Services if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that could cause harm. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
